What We Grow

Farming at a human scale.

Our vegetable gardens are built from 30-inch-wide beds, each 50 feet long — a scale that lets us tend everything closely and by hand, focusing on healthy soil instead of heavy machinery. Beyond the garden beds, we’re growing more than 10 acres of fruit and nut trees.

Through the seasons, that adds up to a little bit of everything:

  • Lettuce Mix
  • Spinach
  • Radishes
  • Carrots
  • Green Onions
  • Garlic
  • Broccoli
  • Green Beans
  • Cucumbers
  • Bell Peppers
  • Hot Peppers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Apples
  • Plums
  • …and more
